The Prospect Mpountain House was built 1,800 ft. above the lake by Dr. James Ferguson. The hotel was burned in a forest fire in 1800. It was rebuilt and later in 1895, a cable was built to the top of the mountain. The hotel went out of business in 1902. These are two halves of an unmounted stereo. |
